Good to see Steak ‘n Shake hanging in there and reopening this location. Went here to try the tallow fries. Everything was pretty good, not as many combo deals as there used to be. The buns on the burgers were also cold.

There's a lady named Thelma that works there. She greeted us as soon as we were opening the door and just treated us like we were her family the entire time we were there. She's pretty amazing and hope everyone can have an experience with her. She even has her own table in there. God bless people like her. The food was also excellent. The drink fountain is weird now. You have to scan a piece of paper to activate the drinks to dispense. I highly recommend you guys going and meeting Thelma!

As far as fast food goes Steak'n Shake is pretty good. I like that they fry their fries in tallow, however the last couple of times eating there it seemed their fry portions were on the small side. I'm also not a huge fan of the "come and get it" model where they call you to pick up the food at a counter. I also don't like holding the receipt to get everyone drinks. Also the location we go to often has issues with their drive thru which is annoying so we just don't go through drive-thru. If dining in isn't an option we just go somewhere else rather deal with drive-thru TLDR: I like their food. Wish fry portions were bigger. Not a huge fan of the dining room experience. Drive-thru experience is horrible

Lovely service and delicious food. However the building looks a little plain like it's currently getting a renovation but isn't exactly complete yet. Otherwise delicious and enjoyable on the inside.

I'm not a fan of the whole kiosk only thing. I try to get with the times or whatever but it's so confusing for people, it was a couple behind me there for the first time and they were super lost like me lol. It's kinda hard for me using a kiosk. Im blind in one eye so it's more frustrating than anything for me to use one and that being the only option unless using drive thru. I also don't like how you have to scan a code just to get a drink that's really crazy to me. I hate to complain so much but also why are there no menus anywhere? It would be nice if a place with such a big menu would at least have it somewhere so you can at have an idea of what you have before getting in line. I will say that the manager and the hostess were very nice and helpful and it was very much appreciated and the food was great no complaints there at all. I'm still going to eat here but will probably be only using the drive thru

We were welcomed when we entered. The employees were pleasant and accommodating to our request for lightly salted fries. The hospitality host brought our food to us and our meal was hot and tasty. The prices are an excellent value in today's economy.

We enjoyed the food here. My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the only kicker is ordering off the kiosks, it loses the personal touch but other than that amazing. We will definitely return.

The drive thru is very slow, but the food is great. The atmosphere was so much better when there were wait staff; now it's a fast food setup and it really destroyed the atmosphere.
